1. Missing meals

2. Comparing of being fat, even if they are under weight or if they are in their ideal weight

3. Repeatedly weighing themselves or looking at themselves in the mirror

4. Making repeated claims that they have already eaten, and then going to eat somewhere else to avoid eating at home

5. Cooking big and complicated meals for other people but eating none or too little of it during the meal time
