The coaching is designed to change your relationship with food and to love your body.
For many years and for different reasons our society has adopted habits of eating when; we feel sad, happy, anxious the list is endless...we have fallen into habits that seem to be impossible to break, we then develop a tendency to try diets based on unrealistic quantity reduction or limited food groups. There is way too much information and this causes confusion in our minds and affects what the body needs for us to remain healthy.
As a consequence we look for a quick fix using all our willpower to go into the latest fad diet to loose weight quickly but not solving the root of the problem. As soon as we feel mentally drained we revert to previous eating habits and the weight is put back on and at some point the next fad is tried again and the circle starts again.
